The lads worked hard to give an outstanding result which puts the team back on track. A focussed training session prior to the match helped the whole team understand their roles on the pitch.

There was some great football played and the whole deserve a mention for their high level of football. Dior stood out as he came from the sub bench and made a big difference as striker.

MATCH REPORT

MUTD youth returned to form and systematically dismantled Totteridge winning 7 – 0  at Bisham Abbey NSC

Goals by Bobb, Hazell, Shallow and Burnett saw off the spirited resistance of the visitors who had to thank their goalkeeper for a string of saves that otherwise, could have resulted in double figures for the Blues

The MUTD team took different approaches to goal and went up a gear in the second half to impress the spectators with their fast attach and impressive finish.

As always Totteridge gave a good account of themselves, with some very special saves coming from their goalkeeper, and some great defending.

The final result was 7 – 0 to MUTD youth and completes’ the friendly matches as we move into the League campaign next Sunday
