Instructions for changing your desktop background on PC and Mac

For Windows 95/2000/XP/NT

1. Click on one of the thumbnails below to open the full size version of the image. It will open in a new window.
2. Right mouse click on full size image
3. If available, choose "Set as Wallpaper" or "Set as Background"
4. If not, choose "Save Image As", then choose a file name and add ".jpg" (Save the image to your desktop so it is easy to find)
5. From the Start menu, go to Settings, Control Panel, then Display, then Background - choose "Browse", go to "Desktop", then open the "jpg" file and Click "OK"
6. From the Display options you can also choose whether to center the image or stretch it to fill your desktop.

For Mac OS 9

1. Click on one of the thumbnails below to open the full size version of the image. It will open in a new window.
2. Holding Ctrl and clicking the full size image simultaneously, choose "Download Image to Disk"
3. Save the image to your hard drive, preferably in System | Appearance | Desktop Pictures
4. Go to the Apple menu, select "Control Panel" followed by "Appearance" Select the "Desktop" tab
5. In the "Desktop" tab, click "Place picture" and navigate, using the file window that opens for you, to your wallpaper image
6. Select "Position Automatically" from the "Position" pop-up menu
7. Click "Set Desktop"

For Mac OS X

1. Click on one of the thumbnails below to open the full size version of the image. It will open in a new window.
2. Holding Ctrl and clicking the full size image simultaneously, choose "Download Image to Disk"
3. Save the image to your hard drive, preferably in Library | Desktop Pictures From the "Finder" menu choose "Preferences"
4. In the "Preferences" window, click "Select Picture" and navigate, using the file window that opens for you, to your wallpaper image
5. Click "Choose" to confirm your choice.
